Same place; two different days; same photographer
Two evening walks—Saturday and Sunday—with entirely different weather. The pictures were taken from the same place: the first one was looking north towards the approaching storm, which I escaped by cutting my walk short and returning home as the lightening flashed in the sky and the thunder rolled ominously in the distance; the second looking east, where the moon was rising over the escarpment. There are two much better and deservedly well known classic images that do bear a slight resemblance to this pair. It would be preposterous to even mention the photographers names, but you can probably guess at least one of them.
